Polyethylene Bunded 40L Decant Stand
This line of small bund has been designed for storing and decanting 20 litre drums. It can support a 20 litre container from the top, which would allow liquids to be decanted into a bucket or jug on its lower level.
Its polyethylene construction can capture drips, leaks, or any overflow with this 40 L mini bund. This decanting bund is an ideal, and an economical, solution for capturing spills while liquids are being dispensed. This particular small bund has been designed to store and decant liquids from 20 litre drums.
Spilled liquids can be reclaimed through a 20 mm drain, its sump capacity is up to 40 litres.
Low Profile Polyethylene Drum Bund – Half Pallet Size
Our Low Profile Half Pallet Size (DBPG2LP) is designed for storing 20L and 60L drums. Its sump capacity is at least 110% of the largest container stored on it, making it compliant and follows the best industry practices.
They can also be used for smaller items such as batteries. Our DBPG2LP Half Pallet Low Profile has a bund sump capacity of 83L with a maximum universally distributed load (UDL) is 1,500 kg.
Its polyethylene construction makes it tough, durable, and makes it so resistant to most chemicals, oils, and fuels. An added advantage is that it can be easily cleaned.

Optimizing Spill Pallets: Best Practices for Sump Capacity and Load Distribution in Low Profile Bunds
Our DBPG2LP Half Pallet Low Profile has a bund sump capacity of 83L with a maximum universally distributed load (UDL) is 1,500 kg.
Our DBPG4LP Pallet low profile bund sump capacity of 145L with a maximum UDL of 2,800 kg.
Spill pallets feature encapsulated data plates with important information such as sump capacity, maximum UDL, composition materials, and net weight.
To enhance the effectiveness of your spill pallet, we also offer an optional Canvacon drum bund cover to prevent any rainwater from entering and collecting into the bund sump.
Before you create your bunded platform:
Ensure that the bunded area where you choose to situate bunded floor system must be free from rocks, sticks, small stones, grit, or debris. It is advisable to clear the area of these obstructions and to sweep the area clean prior to assembly.
Also, ensure the area you wish to assemble a bunded floor system is situated on level ground.
Also note that portable bunding units are designed for secondary and temporary storage. Check with your local council or regulatory body if you are unsure on your storage compliance obligations.
