Collapsible Bund – 2.8m x 1.6m (1,568L capacity)

Our range of collapsible bunds can be used in a portable storage area for drums, generators, or other plant and machinery.  They are lightweight, so easily manoeuvrable in response to an emergency spill situation.  Collapsible bunds are ideal for use as a bunded washpad for vehicles, plant or machinery.  They are easy to clean, and easily stored or transported.

The unique collapsible walls have external braces enabling full use of the bund floor.  All bunds can be manufactured from four different grades of material as follows:

1. Standard Duty: manufactured from 900gsm Orange PVC
   • Chemical resistance: Very good
   • UV stability: Good
   • Puncture resistance: Good
2. Heavy Duty: manufactured from 1350gsm Black PVC
   • Chemical resistance: Very good
   • UV stability: Good
   • Puncture resistance: Very Good
3. Chemical Duty: manufactured from Black CoolGuard Geomembrane
   • Chemical resistance: Excellent
   • UV stability: Excellent
   • Puncture resistance: Excellent

     • Ammonium Hydroxide
     • Calcium Hydroxide
     • Ethanol
     • Fuel & Oils
     • Hydrochloric Acid (30%)
     • Isopropyl Alcohol
     • Methanol
     • Nitric Acid (5%)
     • Phosphoric Acid (50%)

     • Sodium Hydroxide (25%)
     • Tannic Acid

We highly recommend using our anti-abrasion mats and internal bund floor protectors to prevent damage to the bund when accessed by vehicles, forklifts or pallet jacks.  These are also useful where bunds are installed on rough surfaces.
